a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist based in Istanbul. With a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering my clients to lead more fulfilling lives.

My Hike

I ventured in this journey into psychology out of an insatiable need to understand human behavior and an overwhelming desire in becoming a catalyst to make real changes in people’s lives.

And since then, after my educational life in Istanbul Bilim University, I have been a specialist in cognitive-behavioral therapy and dynamic therapy; I have gotten a lot of experience for many years in both private and clinical settings.

Health care uses therapies I am client-centered, and I tend to use the holistic approach in therapy, whereby I attempt majorly to use personal therapy according to individual needs. In counseling, I handle various topics to include, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and career challenges, with evidence-based practices. Always, my intention is to create an environment that is supportive and free of judgment, where the client explores his or her thoughts and feelings and, finally, finds pathways to growth and healing.
